Attorney Yan is a fantastic professional, smart and helpful lawyers! She is always very responsive, patient, and provide the best advices and solutions for my working authorization and immigration case at all time! My wife and I hired a different lawyer initially, but had so many issues with her. We found Ni Yan driving by her office. We went inside and talked to her assistant Lisa about what we needed and had gone thru, and another client of theirs was there and heard the conversation and explained to us that ...her family has used Ni Yan for many of their family members. We hired Ni Yan and after Geri g rid of our current lawyer we brought all the paperwork for my wife’s inmigration to Lisa and they went thru all of it found all the mistakes in a matter of hours. Within two day after dropping off our paperwork they corrected everything Nd my wife and I went in and signed the forms and they were quickly put into the mail to the USCIS. Ni Yan and her assistant Lisa are both Amazing and extremely helpful, they always let you know what is the status of our case and kept us well informed of the current process and the next steps with my wife’s immigration. I'm so lucky, and grateful that I found lawyer Yan by accident! Me and my husband have been married for so many years, and I'm looking forward to get my green card done. Even though our case is not complicated at all, somehow our previous lawyer( from a very big and very well known firm) still sc...rewed us up very badly (eg. not filing the right paperwork, forgot sending the check, never keep us informed, over charging....) She always, always kept me informed, from finger printing, EAD card to medical check and interview, guided me what to expect and what to prepare during each stage. Before the green card interview, Lawyer Yan briefed us through phone as well(cause we were both out of town) to make sure we were well prepared for the interview. Thanks for Lawyer Yan and her team, I got my very first green card! And, what makes it better is, it's a ten years green card! Yan Ni is a great attorney. We have been using Ni for many years for immigration and miscellaneous legal consults. Dealing with immigration case could be stressful but she always knows the answer to our numerous questions from simple to complicated and handles it in a professional way. Hired Ni Yan for services with immigration of family members and paid half of the total of fees with the rest to be paid upon desired resolution. Tried to contact Ni Yan to have a meeting face to face but would not meet unless I paid more. Also tried to contact her through a phone call but would not ...agree to discuss the case further. Rarely provided any updates with the case and had to push constantly for more information.
