Competent and trustworthy, kind and respectful in her profession and services! I still remember how attorney Ni Yan handled my immigration case from filing my H1B application all the way to helping me obtain the Permanent Residency. The process wasn't easy, but she's always there for me, with plentif...ul experience to make my case move forward till its success. To me, I think Ni is the one who practices immigration law and provides consultation out of a true desire to help people. Besides, their service fee was very reasonable. My wife and I hired a different lawyer initially, but had so many issues with her. We found Ni Yan driving by her office. We went inside and talked to her assistant Lisa about what we needed and had gone thru, and another client of theirs was there and heard the conversation and explained to us that ...her family has used Ni Yan for many of their family members. We hired Ni Yan and after Geri g rid of our current lawyer we brought all the paperwork for my wife’s inmigration to Lisa and they went thru all of it found all the mistakes in a matter of hours. I'm so lucky, and grateful that I found lawyer Yan by accident! Me and my husband have been married for so many years, and I'm looking forward to get my green card done.
