Ni Yan

Hired Ni Yan for services with immigration of family members and paid half of the total of fees with the rest to be paid upon desired resolution. Tried to contact Ni Yan to have a meeting face to face but would not meet unless I paid more. Also tried to contact her through a phone call but would not ...agree to discuss the case further. Rarely provided any updates with the case and had to push constantly for more information.
