My employer did not file H4 along with my H 1B. I did get it filed with my employer's attorney in 2014 and it was on pending status until Oct 2015. Since my H 1B was getting expired, and her H4 petition was in pending status, no other lawyer suggested me to apply her H4 petition again with my new H ...1B. I did book her ticket to send her back to my home country and 3 days before her departure date, I met Ms. Dakshini, she suggested me not to send her back and apply her H4 based on my new H1B petition. As per her feedback I did that and YES, now both the case are approved and we (me and my wife) are together now. This is one of the best law firm I have seen so far in US. When my company applied for my green card I felt like I was one of the few lucky people because I have been working for one of the fortune 500 companies, have a MSc in Aerospace Engineering, and the law firm that my company hired was one of the biggest nationwide. In addition, my immigration status w...as current and most of my friends who got their cards with similar status as myself got their GC in about 1.5 years. However, such was not the case. I am very pleased with this law firm. They handled my H1B processing with success in 2012. And recently me and my husband got our EB2 based Green Card approved without any RFE. Dakshini is very knowledgable and she is available to answer any immigration based questions through email and phone.
