Based on my personal experience with Mrs. Dakshini's firm, the following is my honest review about her service: Mrs. Dakshini assigned my case to Carlos Puac. They both took the time to explain the overall view of the case and also the details of each and everyone of the steps involved in the proce...ss. Mrs. Dakshini was promt in responding my questions both via email and telephone. She always had a clear, concise, understandable and honest answer. After my I-140 approval I requested Mrs. Dakshini to take promp action on the next step which was the submission of my Adjustment Of Status (AOS) I-485 application. Mrs. Dakshini and her staff immediately took action and submitted my application to the USCIS within a week. She provided a clear list of documents needed for all the related application submissions. She never altered the provided estimated fees and was honest on the estimated time to get approval. Luckily, my case was approved faster than the estimated processing times. I never received a Request For Evidence (RFE) from the USCIS. This can very well be due to proper applications filing. Overall, I am really happy and greatful for the services her firm has provided for both my firm, my wife and myself. In 2003, I started my journey with Ms. Dakshini's offices in Houston. I got my H1-B and H4's done through her, after which we moved to Dallas and got my I-140 done through a local attorney. But when it came time to apply for adjustment of status, I went back with Ms. Dakshini despite her being in a d...ifferent city because I had seen how competent she was. After a long period (over 10 years), my I-485 came back denied, which resulted in a period of great panic and stress. At this time, however, Ms. Dakshini really stepped up to the challenge, even 10 years later. She spent hours digging through our documents and finally determined the mistake that USCIS had made in denying our application. She contacted our USCIS officer promptly and clarified some things with him, then accompanied us to a USCIS interview and explained to the officer exactly what had gone wrong and why our case should not have been rejected. This at last helped our case become re-opened and got us our permanent residence cards soon after. Throughout this entire process, Ms. Dakshini and her team (particularly Ms. Jina and Mr. Carlos) were extremely responsive, patient, and competent. They answered all our questions and were always available, even during the Houston floods when they were moving offices. It was great to see that even after over ten years of starting our case, Ms. Dakshini was just as invested in the case and familiar with its details, and went out of her way when we needed her the most. Ms. Dakshini and her team are very honest, hardworking, and dependable; I would highly recommend her for anyone needing an immigration attorney.

My employer did not file H4 along with my H 1B. I did get it filed with my employer's attorney in 2014 and it was on pending status until Oct 2015. Since my H 1B was getting expired, and her H4 petition was in pending status, no other lawyer suggested me to apply her H4 petition again with my new H ...1B. I did book her ticket to send her back to my home country and 3 days before her departure date, I met Ms. Dakshini, she suggested me not to send her back and apply her H4 based on my new H1B petition.
