I got my GC Approved with Dr Dakshini Law Firm !! My case was a complex one since we applied EB3 Mexico but we used the experience with same employer!. Showing that my experience was "substantially" different from the previous position, which it could be risky. But everything went smooth in less that... a yr I when from H1b 4th year to I-140 Approved, we are now applying for AOS since my priority day is current!!! :D The attorney I worked with was Renuka, she was always very helpful and walk me through every step of the process and provided me with peace of mind!!
