It has been a long journey from the time I graduated to the time we got our green card. Ms. Dakshini and her team helped me and my husband through the process of getting our H1B, extensions on H1B, H4 EAD and the entire process of getting our green card. The team was available every step of the way a...nswering all our questions. Provided guidance when we had questions about downgrading from EB2 to EB3 and interfiling. They are quick and very thorough with the paperwork. Did not get any RFE. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other law firms that our friends consulting companies use. When we become eligible to apply for adjustment of status (AOS) in December their team made sure they filed all the paperwork before they closed for holidays. Based on my personal experience with Mrs. Dakshini's firm, the following is my honest review about her service: Mrs. Dakshini assigned my case to Carlos Puac. They both took the time to explain the overall view of the case and also the details of each and everyone of the steps involved in the proce...ss. Mrs. Dakshini was promt in responding my questions both via email and telephone. She always had a clear, concise, understandable and honest answer. After my I-140 approval I requested Mrs. Dakshini to take promp action on the next step which was the submission of my Adjustment Of Status (AOS) I-485 application. Mrs. Dakshini and her staff immediately took action and submitted my application to the USCIS within a week. She provided a clear list of documents needed for all the related application submissions. She never altered the provided estimated fees and was honest on the estimated time to get approval. Luckily, my case was approved faster than the estimated processing times. I never received a Request For Evidence (RFE) from the USCIS. This can very well be due to proper applications filing. Overall, I am really happy and greatful for the services her firm has provided for both my firm, my wife and myself.
