Mr Hill was a great attorney all around. I called him back over a year ago with a situation that I knew little about and found myself facing felony criminal charges over. I went online looking for an attorney to help me because I don't reside in Houston. I called several attorneys (more than 5) and s...poke about my situation and had little help honestly. I was told by most that they would take my case but nobody really answered certain questions I had and most didn't really look into what was going on with me specifically. They more or less wanted or expected me to start paying for them to be my attorney before they would even begin to check into my situation. This didn't sit right with me because without help I was honestly facing up to two years in prison and this scared me because I don't know much about law and am not living in the area and I surely did NOT want to go to jail or have a felony on my record due to a financial mistake made almost two years prior. So I called Mr Hill whom was also another on the list of attorneys I had looked up and immediately he, while not knowing me from anyone but a phone call, gave me more info than I had gotten from anyone(including the court themselves). He wanted to meet me to discuss my situation further. I explained I am no wealthy person and don't have much to pay a fortune for help but that I would do my best to pay what I could when I could. I remember his exact words to me (even before meeting me) were "I'm not gonna let money get in the way of a good defense." That has stuck with me because I've never heard an attorney say that or even heard of anyone tell me of an attorney willing to help that way. So we met. I hired him and he spoke very down to earth and honestly made me feel better about a bad situation that could take my life for some time. I have two children that I am involved with and don't want to miss very important events, lose my job, miss out on important things due to a mistake which I felt shouldn't put me in the position where I'm facing time in a prison and have this forever on my record. Well, I went to court yesterday after going multiple times without having this resolved in a satisfactory manner that wouldn't leave me stained for life. I find out today if it is 100% official but thanks to Mr Hill I will be able to take care of this and not have to go to prison and have my life swept from my feet or have a criminal record of this in a short time. That means so much to someone like myself and I thank God Mr Hill has helped me this way. Thanks Mr Hill and I'm sorry this is so long but I needed people who read this to understand that you are a true life saver. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will forever be in debt to this man who treated me like a decent human being and was honest and professional. Also my family thanks you as well because this has taken its toll on them as well. I hope this helps Mr Hill even in the smallest of ways and if you decide to hire him as your attorney know he's gonna take care of you and give a great defense.

I'm very sad that We say everyone deserves justice regardless if they can afford a lawyer ! Mr Hill was appointed to my family members case and after some review I felt he would fight but mr hill did not return any phone calls after 37 days of calling his office , he never spoke to my family member i...n jail he never communicated with us the family so we were all at a loss . We never knew what was going on nothing ! His lack of communication along with his staff who was very rude and did not help but seemed like Mr hill did not care because he was not getting paid by us but the state .. I'm sure he will work hard for private pay but breaks my heart that if he is court appointed good luck on having him make you feel like he cares and you are not a number ! I searched high and low for a review about him. Being a court appointed lawyer and there is only paid reviews ! So I hope this helps any family who gets him as a court appointed in Harris county my advise is to hire a free world lawyer just not him

Mr. Hill did a very good job taking care of my case and putting me at ease during one of the worst times in my life. Not only did Mr. Hill give great guidance, take care of all the paperwork, and get my case dropped, he did it for a reasonable price and in a quick (as can be expected l) and thorough ...fashion. I would absolutely call him again and have recommended him to friends and family.
