Jim S. Adler

My experience with Jim Adler & Associates has been extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of communication and follow-through. At some point, my assigned attorney left the firm, and I was never informed. I was told last week that my documents would be sent for attorney approval on Monday, ...yet my case remains in the closing department with no update, explanation, or timeline. I have made repeated attempts to get basic information about my case. My calls are routinely declined or transferred to voicemail, and no one returns them. I cannot reach anyone who appears to have knowledge of my file. This is especially concerning as I have outstanding medical bills and was told they would be handled by the end of this week or early next week. To date, I have received no confirmation that this is actually happening. Clients deserve transparency, responsiveness, and accountability—particularly when medical and financial stress is involved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with this firm. I am hopeful this review prompts the communication I have been seeking.

iv tried to reach Mercadez Zepeda in Houston tx who works on my daughters case. Every time I have tried to get in contact with her with email or leaving a voicemail she doesn't reply. Iv called her supervisor and left emails to Mr ray Cantù as well and the only time Iv got to speak to someone was whe...n I drove up to the office and spoke to a nice lady name Roxanna. Iv helped get files myself and sent them to Mecadez who failed to send them to Roxanna which has took more out of my time and still took out of my daughters settlement that we have not received any information on. The case has been going on for over a year and I believe if I have left emails and voicemails someone should contact me back. I had knee surgery today (7/24/24 ACL repair ) and I'm so tired of waiting to hear back from ms zepeda .

TERRIBLE!! I was in an 18 wheeler accident and Jim Adler did nothing to settle my case in my best interest. They never contacted accident witness, no mediation, never contacted my employer for lost wages yet somehow had grounds to offer a very mild settlement that wouldn't even cover my medical but... would put a quick several thousand in their pockets! After I refused and they "did all they could do" they referred me to a decent attorney who at least got all my medical paid and then some. Then Adler comes back and demanded 33% of the settlement. UNBELIEVABLE! UNSCRUPULOUS! JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!! Go anywhere else!
