Being a successful attorney consists of equal parts education, experience and empathy. Throughout more than 10 years of focused probate practice, I have tried cases to verdict, including first chair trial experience and extensive lead counsel experience. I have had first-hand experience with many of the same issues as my clients, which allows me to be extremely empathetic. I understand how sensitive many of the issues I work on can be. I work to distill the complex legal issues at the core of my cases, guide my clients and provide them with the opportunity to have a voice and obtain a favorable resolution.

I believe in the importance of empowering others. Whether clients or other legal professionals, I work hard to lead by example. I opened Graves Law PLLC in order to build an accommodating, community-centered law practice that was understanding of the work-life integration with which many of us often struggle and to show my daughters the importance of maintaining that healthy balance.
