After calling several other lawyers who didn’t want to hear anything about my situation until I paid a fee of $500+ I called Ben. Initially he was out of town so I left my information and small details with the receptionist. A few hours later he called me while traveling back home to get more detail...s. This was surprising to me because he was interested about my situation and was not charging me a fee to speak with him. Now at that time I was not charged with anything but was lead to seek legal counsel. I meet with him a few days later at his office to go over details of my case and possibilities. Due to misfortune my children were taken from me by the state. The lead investigator was harassing me with calls because they targeted me as a suspect. After my face to face meeting with Ben, he contacted the investigator and put an end to the calls. Shortly after the visit I was officially charged with child endangerment and there was a warrant issued for my arrest. I’ve never been in trouble in my life so I was terrified. I contact Ben about the update in my case and he directed me to speak with a bail bondsman. The next morning after getting the bond there were six suv trucks of swat team in my apartments there to arrest me. Ben acted immediately with a plan of action after reviewing the charges and evidence used to apply the charges. Ben told me that the charges should have never been excepted on me because there was not enough sufficient evidence. He talked to the D.A to see if they could reach an agreement to drop the charges but the D.A agree with him. When that fail he put a packet together to approach the Grand Jury. However the same DA who accepted the charges against me was still on my case and fought to proceed with the charges and won. At this time I was not permitted to see my children due my bond stipulations. As a mother who really loves her children this was burdensome for me. Ben knew this and asked the judge to modify my bound agreement so I would be allowed to see my children. The judge ruled in our favor. For almost three years Ben worked endlessly on my case to get me a dismissal. Every month we would go to court hoping to reach an agreement with the DA. Every month our request was rejected but he never stopped pushing. He understood that I couldn’t accept any plea deals in order to be able to get my kids back. Ben actually cared about my family and I. He fought hard and passionately for me. This month Ben went to court on my behalf and we finally got the answer we have been asking for. ALL CHARGES DISMISSED!!!!!!! I believe this man has gone above and beyond his job for me. He was always there when I called or texted. Ben always tried to make things none stressing for me. During this process I’ve watched many lawyers in the court room so trust when I say “ no one fights hard for you like he does” I’m happy to have worked with him. Ben is an phenomenally outstanding lawyer. I’m grateful to have worked with him.

So from the very beginning, from the consultation to being hired, Ben was very upfront and super informative with me. I got charged with a felony because of cbd testing positive for thc. Ultimately a law being passed is what got the case dismissed but Ben was ready to fight this through with me. ...Every time I went to court I felt great because Ben would show he was invested in it with me. Again i just want to say thank you and definitely not hoping to get in trouble again but if I do I’m calling Ben.

The end of last year I received a lot of letters in the mail because a warrant has been issued me without my knowledge because of a situation that occurred and it being exaggerated greatly by the other party. After contacting pretty much every single lawyer that sent me a letter as well as many other...s I I was at a total lost with no idea of what to do and the outcome looked pretty bleak.
