3rd degree felony

I was traveling with some friends to Louisiana and ended up getting into some trouble while on our way out of Houston. I got arrested on a 3rd degree felony charge, for possession of a controlled substance. I contacted Dustan Neyland soon after and although he was out of town that day, he scheduled ...me an appointment with his associate Ben Pearce. Ben was extremely helpful and gave us a plan A, B, C, and even D. He answered every question we had and was very informative. I got arrested on a Friday, got out of jail on a Saturday, and met with Mr. Pearce on a Sunday. By Monday morning Mr. Pearce had my case dismissed on the basis of an illegal search. I made it to court Monday and Mr. Pearce was there like he said he would. He got the case dismissed before I even got to see a judge. Very happy I had Mr. Pearce in my corner while my future hung in the balance. Great lawyer, extremely knowledgeable on the law, very straight forward with what the consequences of my charge were but as stated earlier had a plan and multiple back up plans. I most certainly got what i paid for.

Do not let this baby face fool you! This man knows what he's doing. He was professional, honest and punctual. He knows the law and will fight for you. My case was dismissed after only 2 court appearances. He is a good attorney.

Theif Case 50-500

Ben Helped me with a thief case just recently, When i first called the firm and had my meeting with them Ben sat me down in a big room and told me the facts, told me had options and that there was light at the end of the tunnel. We reset my court dates few times to take care of stuff. Over the time w...e was going to try and get me on a program called pre trial diversion, a 6 month probation where after the 6 months if over i wait 2 years and i can get this charge off my record for life time, Only problem with this was you have better chances of getting this if you lived in Texas, and i don't. So we tried to go after a similar deal to the pre trail one, They turned me down for not living in Texas so after offering to just give me time served and wanting me to plea guilty that day, Ben said no instantly with out even having to look at me for my answer, He was going to fight this. So we decided to give the Pre Trial Diversion a try, Already having all the letters and thief classes. we sent off the packet and waited, Over the hole period of the case every time i had questions are started to think to much id call him and he would make me feel less stressed, Well last court date i ended up getting the deal we wanted, Some how Ben got me into a program that normally people from other states don't even get, i was lucky. So now i wont be losing my job, My house and everything i worked for because i messed up once, Ben did a great job and I'm glad i paid the right person. Also 1 other thing about Ben, Not once did we not take care of stuff every court date, He showed up EVERY TIME, For people seeking a lawyer, that is a HUGE plus. So take my advice, get the ones that show.
