So from the very beginning, from the consultation to being hired, Ben was very upfront and super informative with me. I got charged with a felony because of cbd testing positive for thc. Ultimately a law being passed is what got the case dismissed but Ben was ready to fight this through with me. ...Every time I went to court I felt great because Ben would show he was invested in it with me. Again i just want to say thank you and definitely not hoping to get in trouble again but if I do I’m calling Ben.

My boyfriend and I were arrested around new years for public lewdness.. We consulted with Mr. Pearce before hiring him, and he gave us a thorough break down of all the possible outcomes. Unfortunately this was not my first time needing a lawyer. With that being said this is the first time I have been represented by a lawyer I was recommended and not a court appointed lawyer. From the gate Ben was honest and up front about my options and possible outcomes. The cost was more than fair ...(I've called around before selecting him) he did everything exactly the way he said he would and was able to have my case dismissed. I didn't even have to show back up to court because HE put in the necessary work. If ever the situation arises again I'll be giving him a call. I recommend you do the same.

There are many great and amazingly positive things I can say about Mr. Pearce here and just explain to the world that he is a great lawyer, but this is not the case. Ben is a miracle worker as a remarkable lawyer and human being. He is kind an generous am always willing to listen, answer the phone an... give advice. He takes care of his clients the way people should be taken care of. He honestly saved my future. I was caught in quiet the mess and he assured me at every dark run that everything will be ok and I believed him. The relationship for me formed from client an employer, to friends actually real friends who to this day still looks out for me and makes sure everything is ok and going smooth.
