Macy Armstrong Cassin

I was appointed Macy as my attorney and she did everything in her power to help me keep my kids involved in my life but due to incarceration that was not feasible. Although she was attentive and very persistent with visits and submitting my accomplishments to the court, it wasn't good enough. Well un...fortunately I found out recently that I could have my kids now but since I signed a PMC (Permanent Managing Conservatorship) to a family friend, i can no longer get custody of my kids without taking it back to court. I do not have the money and want my kids safe and back in my custody. I was released a month before my final courtdate so I had no time to get a place and show stability. Not to mention I received my son for visitation and found bruises on his bottom so I took him to the emergency room and since i signed the PMC the lady still gets to choose where my children stay and CPS is allowing her to do services to get my children back in her home.. don't make the same mistake I did!
