Mr. David Breston made the unbelievable happen with my case. I had a warrant set for my arrest, due to a probation violation that my fiances ex whom fabricated some lies to try to tear me down. Mr. Breston listened, understood, and was able to terminate my probation early. I am forever grateful becau...se he gave me my life back!! I would definitely recommend him, in a heartbeat.

I made an account just to write this review. I really hope it helps someone not make the same mistake I did. I hired David to help with a misdemeanor charge. He seemed nice enough until I paid him. It went sharply downhill from there. He never took notes and therefore asked me the same questions ...over and over every time I contacted him. He talked extremely aggressively especially when I asked questions about what his plans were or anything that involved details. He would also make sure to mention how ever though I told him exactly what happened and the charges were false he somehow still made me feel like I was guilty even though he was supposed to represent me. it felt that he was interested in spending the least amount of time and effort (I prepaid him a lump sum) my best interests be damned. The absolute worst thing however is that David had me sign a protective order which has given my ex wife the power to not let m see my children for 10 months and could very possibly end up costing me custody. I'm not sure if it's incompetence, laziness or a problem with overweight people (I'm not even joking), maybe its a combination but the services rendered by David Breston have added a tremendous amount of stress to my life. Thankfully I switched attorneys who got the case dismissed (to be expunged) without any problems at all. In summary I absolute do not under any circumstances recommend this attorney.

I met David Breston when I was at my absolute wits end. I had spent days upon days calling and meeting with lawyers. He never made any unrealistic promises or gave us false hope. He was straight to the point and if he didn’t have an answer he would do everything he could to find us one. After 3 grueling years of fighting with the courts, David got our case DISMISSED. We owe our entire future to David Breston and cannot begin to thank him enough for the great kindness and exemplary legal aide he provided. He will forever be a trusted friend and someone we will instantly refer to anyone who needs his services. We hired David based upon his AVOO ratings. From the first phone call, we immediately knew that we were in good hands. The court appointed attorney wanted my son to plead guilty and serve 6 months in jail, pay a fine and have his record permanently damaged for a crime that he did not commit. After sp...eaking to Mr. Breston, he told us that we should not plead guilty because there was essentially no evidence against my son. Our case dragged on for 10 months but we always felt that Mr. Breston was on top of things and was very aware of the facts of our case. He constantly reminded us that this was just going to take time but that things were going to be ok. We never felt like he was giving us false hope in anything he ever said to us. He was very personable and did not nickle and dime us to death like some attorneys are prone to do. The end result was a complete dismissal of our case. I would highly recommend David Breston to anyone seeking legal representation.
