Our experience with the immigration process was extremely difficult until we came across Mr. Sanchez. He and his assistant Gisela are very knowledgeable and experienced with working these types of cases. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an immigration attorney because not only did they do the work, but everything went exactly as they said it would in the timeline given. It is very difficult for a regular person to go thru this process not knowing what to expect. Hiring Mr. Sanchez was the best decision we ever made. After 13 years of disappointments, due to untrustworthy people, we can have peace and rest. We could not have gotten thru this process without the guidance of Mr. Sanchez and his assistant Gisela.

First, I would like to thank Mr. Sanchez for helping me apply for my resident visa, a process that took about 2 years with my husband as a petitioner, I could not be any happier. We went to Juarez MX for the interview/appointment this past week and everything went, thanks to Mr. Sanchez for filling the correct applications and pardons I'm truly blessed to have hired Mr. Sanchez as my lawyer, I highly recommend him he is a very thorough with the applications and paperwork. Thank you Mr. Sanchez for everything.

My husband and I used this lawyer to process my permanent resident card. He allowed us to make payments for his services that was amazing since I had to pay homeland security a fine for staying past my permit on top of all the other normal processing fees. Once I had given him all my paperwork I received my work visa shortly after and a few months after that got the letter for the interview. The process moved slowly after that but that was homeland security not the lawyer! He did go with us to the appointment and was available through email to answer all my questions in a promptly manner!

The first time I applied I never saw him but his secretary did send in my application and I received my work authorization for two years. Then three months before it expires, like it indicates at uscis.gov, I went back to try and renew. The lady said the charge was $400 but since I wasn't able to give her the full amount then she said it was fine if I gave her $200 and she would send my application to the Department of Homeland Security and that could pay the other $200 later. A week later I went back to pay the remaining balance and was informed that the application was never sent. She apologized and said so would send right away and to expect a letter in the mail in the next 15 days. A month went by and nothing. I went back and they still hadn't sent my application. She apologized again and guaranteed that I would get my new work authorization card before the previous one expired. The expiration date came and I still had no notification of any kind. I never met this lawyer Hector P. Sanchez. Whoever he is, he is very unprofessional. I demanded a refund but she only returned the money order of $465 that I gave for the Department of Homeland Security and refused to return my money. Please don't waste your time and money on these people.

I am DREAMER that applied for the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals through this attorney. I am currently still waiting for my permit since October of 2012. I have never even seen this guy. I am only always dealing with his secretary whom does not help or inform me thoroughly about anything. When I ask her about any update on my application status, the only reply I always get is "we will contact you in a week or so." I am tired of going back and forth bringing everything they ask me and yet they still say that there was a problem with my application. How am I supposed to know what to do if I don't know exactly what was the problem?
Overall the service is very poor, the building itself is in a very poor condition. I do not recommend anyone going there and waste their money. You are better of representing yourself.
