A friend recommended me Mr. Sanchez. Unfortunately I had different experience with him then she had. The most uninformed lawyer I have come across. He is only interested in taking your money and does not know about the case, or the law related to the case. Even when asked about what to do next, he do...es not have the answers. Too bad I was late to research about him, asked three other people who have been his clients, and all three people have had the same experience. He screwed up my case by making a mistake which I should have requested my money back. What the hack have I payed for?! Please save your money and go to a better attorney for immigration matters. He has no experience, no interest in the individual clients or their classes. Test it: Next time when you go to him ask him a question or two about your case. He will give you a round about answer about the process but he will have no idea what your individual case is about. Bad lawyer. Will not recommend him to anyone.

First, I would like to thank Mr. Sanchez for helping me apply for my resident visa, a process that took about 2 years with my husband as a petitioner, I could not be any happier. We went to Juarez MX for the interview/appointment this past week and everything went, thanks to Mr. Sanchez for filling t...he correct applications and pardons I'm truly blessed to have hired Mr. Sanchez as my lawyer, I highly recommend him he is a very thorough with the applications and paperwork. I am DREAMER that applied for the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals through this attorney. I am currently still waiting for my permit since October of 2012. I have never even seen this guy. I am only always dealing with his secretary whom does not help or inform me thoroughly about anything. When... I ask her about any update on my application status, the only reply I always get is "we will contact you in a week or so." I am tired of going back and forth bringing everything they ask me and yet they still say that there was a problem with my application. How am I supposed to know what to do if I don't know exactly what was the problem? Overall the service is very poor, the building itself is in a very poor condition. I do not recommend anyone going there and waste their money. You are better of representing yourself.

The first time I applied I never saw him but his secretary did send in my application and I received my work authorization for two years. Then three months before it expires, like it indicates at uscis.gov, I went back to try and renew. The lady said the charge was $400 but since I wasn't able to giv...e her the full amount then she said it was fine if I gave her $200 and she would send my application to the Department of Homeland Security and that could pay the other $200 later. A week later I went back to pay the remaining balance and was informed that the application was never sent. She apologized and said so would send right away and to expect a letter in the mail in the next 15 days. A month went by and nothing. I went back and they still hadn't sent my application. She apologized again and guaranteed that I would get my new work authorization card before the previous one expired. The expiration date came and I still had no notification of any kind. I never met this lawyer Hector P. Sanchez. Whoever he is, he is very unprofessional. I demanded a refund but she only returned the money order of $465 that I gave for the Department of Homeland Security and refused to return my money. Please don't waste your time and money on these people.
