Cesar Tavares

My husband was killed in an auto accident by an incompetent driver hired for a national trucking company. The action of the driver was due to sheer stupidity and I felt that the company needed to change their hiring practices. This was not the first death that the company was responsible for that ye...ar. We had just lost daddy and our best friend and we were grieving deeply.
