DUI- refused to test, DISMISSED!
Dan is AMAZING! I got a DUI outside of my home state and Dan made sure I did not have to worry about showing up to court and got my case DISMISSED! He is a true professional who knows the Harris County system so well and will not charge you an arm and leg. Thank you Dan!

Best outcome
Really liked being in touch at all times and Mr.Dan having all the answers. Kept me updated at all times. Took my case 3 months to be dismissed but that's cause of the wait for the blood. I would recommend Mr.Dan to everyone. Thank you for all the help.

Case Dismissed
Dan Simons Rocks. He got my DWI dismissed completely. Only a few re sets cause we were waiting on the blood work to come back. He is very professional and I definitely will refer him to anyone who gets a DWI. Well worth the money.....
