Had her on my case informed her of my innocence after several resets and my co defendant pleading guilty to charges she then ask me to take a plead with time served as if she was doing me a favor also got upset because I wouldn't ,it would be a felony conviction so i persisted to go to trial and they dismissed case prior to trial.

Staci is a very knowledgeable attorney with a outstanding attitude towards clients. She treats clients with respect and concern and explains the law so that even a preschooler could understand. She works well and to me never seemed that i was a bother when I called when I had a question. I would and will recommend her to anyone that needs legal aid.
Philip Gommels, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I was once at a social gathering talking to a colleague when Staci came up to say hello. When that colleague was introduced to Staci, she asked, "THE Staci Biggar?" It was like she was meeting a rock star for the first time. Such is Staci's reputation in the community for defending the rights of the accused--particularly veterans and the mentally ill. When I was a prosecutor, I worked with her probably more than I worked with any other lawyer. She was not only an amazing lawyer, she is a mentor. I endorse her strongly.
