Seaborn Gardner Eastland

I had absolutely no understanding of Family Law and with that, I had no idea which attorney to call when I needed a divorce. Gardner came highly recommended by several lawyers within, and outside, family law. I was in a terrible marriage and he completely became my voice and my advocate. He took all ...burdens off me and explained ever aspect of my case and explained possible outcomes. It was the hardest part of my life, but he helped me get to the other side. I couldn't have done it without all his help and compassion. I recommend him to anyone who is needing a divorce, especially if it will be a nasty one. He's the best!

I am a woman who had the fortune of having a friend that referred me to Mr. Eastland. I had absolutely NO knowledge about divorce, or what it entailed...I honestly never thought it would happen to me. However, in the ending months, I learned that my spouse had a very bad mental disorder, and when it ...came to divorce, he would be very difficult to deal with. In the beginning stages of my divorce, my thoughts were all over the place, and I was, for lack of a better term, freaking out. I discovered I was married to a sociopath. From day one, Mr. Eastland told me that family law was a 24/7 business, and was very interested in taking my case. Over a time span of a couple of months, he learned EXACTLY who I was dealing with, and soon became someone I knew was not only my attorney, but a friend who was concerned about everything that worried me. Divorcing a sociopath is an incredibly hard thing to do, but Mr. Eastland has shown me concern, and aggressiveness that is absolutely necessary when dealing with this situation. My marriage is not one that concerns a great deal of assets. It, under ordinary circumstances, would be a very basic divorce, minus the disorder. Mr. Eastland is very experienced with more detailed cases, with many more assets. However, in my case, there is the well being of a child at stake, and he took my case on with nothing less than 100%. My therapist even told me that in all of her years of practice and dealing with this disorder, she has NEVER seen an attorney as aggressive as mine, with my very best concerns at heart. From this point forward, even after my divorce is final, any of my family's legal matters that require a family law attorney will be completed by Mr. Eastland, and after my superb experience with him, I have many friends who are already seeking his legal counsel. Mr. Eastland is incredibly knowledgeable, and quick on his feet. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of a good family law attorney.

Gardner is the best in my opion. He takes care of every detail requiring very little from you. I live in a different state an have yet had to appear in court. He is able to take care of all the details for me. Anything I ask he has always takin care of. He always guide me in the best way to proceed a...nd he hasn't let me down yet. I highly recommend him for any family law needs.
