Michael L. Holland is an Elder Law attorney in Houston, practicing across Texas since 1989. He began his career in Fort Worth (1989–1991) and established his Houston practice in 1992, helping thousands of clients with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, durable/statutory/medical powers of attorney, and deed preparation. His work includes Medicaid planning and Miller Trusts to address long‑term care costs, warranty and Ladybird deeds, and marital agreements like prenuptial and partition (postnuptial) agreements for asset protection. Michael's prior retail experience shaped a client-first approach: He returns calls promptly, explains matters until they’re clear, and personally manages cases rather than passing them off. As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Michael focuses on educating clients so they understand their choices and feel confident about their future.
