Michael L. Holland

Michael L. Holland is an Elder Law attorney in Houston, practicing across Texas since 1989. He began his career in Fort Worth (1989–1991) and established his Houston practice in 1992, helping thousands of clients with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, durable/statutory/medical powers of attorney, and deed preparation. His work includes Medicaid planning and Miller Trusts to address long‑term care costs, warranty and Ladybird deeds, and marital agreements like prenuptial and partition (postnuptial) agreements for asset protection.
