I've hired Michael for over 10 individual documents at various times over approximately six years. The first thing I noticed about Michael was that, unlike any lawyer I've ever met, he answers his own phone. He is warm, knowledgeable, humble and clear. Michael assisted me in the immediate aftermath o...f the sudden death of a parent when the estate needed to be navigated. Michael made himself available to me to answer questions months before we stood in court to probate the will. He worked with the local court and travelled to help me. He walked me through all the statutory requirements and guided me when I was not in an ideal headspace. He answered all my questions over the months that followed and worked with others who were involved in related aspects of the estate. There were no issues. Around that time, I hired him to redo my will and similar personal documents. Three years later, I hired him again to update my documents. He answers my questions whenever I have them, and I have seen firsthand that the documents he creates are valid in court and stand the test of time. I'm ever grateful.

While Michael and his team didn't initially set up my brother's will, they were helpful in getting it settled. Michael coached me and guided me through all the steps and went with me to the final court appearance - in another county. I was never put on hold and only once had to leave a message, which... was returned in hours, not days as I expected. They held my hand, offered hugs when I needed them and provided tissues for the many tears I shed. He made a very difficult time almost bearable. I would definitely recommend him.
