No Justice for a disable victim

Kate Ferrell was my attorney and my very first time I spoke with her about appearing in court she was upset and hollering about she’s running late getting her child to school. Please know she do not keep her word at all. Mrs.Ferrell never meet with me to hear about my case nor my side in the case. Sh...e continued to put me off a whole year. I told her I wanted to go to trail because I was jumped on by two people ages 35 and I was 59 yrs old and disable but she disregard that. Then my case was dismissed and she told me I didn’t have to appear for a dismissal and she stated she would mail my copy of the dismissal for my records to press future charges on my own and she didn’t deliver on what she said to me after all that she text me back stating how busy she is and that I could pickup my own copy from the courts. I suggest you don’t use her because she do not kept her word, I never got to explain my side to the judge either did I get to press charges. The plaintiff got away then burned the home she jumped on me for and all I have Is the $20,000 expense for repairing the home. I wouldn’t trust her. She should be reported to the judge or the bar. She got paid for doing nothing. Mrs.Ferrell attitude is horrible toward the victim.

As you clearly stated, I worked your case and got it completely dismissed. The job I was paid to do. I had not had a chance to mail your dismissal to you but clearly explained that you could get your own copy from the district clerk’s website for free. Further, as far as pressing charges against the complaining witness in your case against you, I explained I have nothing to do with taking charges or filing charges. I am a criminal defense attorney. I directed you to your local police station and the district attorney’s office. Like you posted in your review, I got your case DISMISSED. That is the end of my responsibilities as an appointed attorney. Have a great day!

Law and Order

Words cannot describe what Kate did for me but I will do my best here. It took 1 year 9 months and 2 weeks to the day that I was arrested for DWI that the trial ended in a hung jury. Three days later Kate called and told me the case was dismissed. Even with a BAC of .152 and dash cam video, some f...riendly and some not so, Kate was able to convince several of the jurors that the Deputy who pulled me over had no probable cause to do so. From the alleged traffic violation, to the field sobriety test, to the warrant to draw my blood, to the blood sample itself, she had all the bases covered. I swear to you that this was better than an episode of "Law and Order" the way she conducted herself during the trial. I know people will think that when someone wins their case for them that they are obviously going to write positive reviews on here, but trust me, Kate Ferrell is the real deal and you will not regret hiring her as your attorney if you are ever arrested for a DWI. Believe me, you will be happy that she is on your side.

Thank You Kate!

I was pulled over for a DUI offense in my neighborhood. Which for no reason but seemed I was driving late at night. I contacted Kate on Sunday morning and she had me in her office that day! Do to my employment being convicted or plea was not an option. She walk me through every aspect of the system ...that day. Kept me calm, which was a huge task! I will tell you the process is long and stressful, however Kate does her best to keep you calm. She won my statutory of suspension case which allowed me to keep my liscense without restrictions and in turn keep my job. I never expected that to happen with the way the court systems are today. Long story short. Day of trial Kate got the case dismissed do to several legal issues that were not conducted properly. She is very good at her craft and would definitely recommend her to anyone that may find thierself in the same position as myself! As a reminder if in the same situation contact her as soon as possible because the is limited days to contest you suspension.
