Words cannot describe what Kate did for me but I will do my best here. It took 1 year 9 months and 2 weeks to the day that I was arrested for DWI that the trial ended in a hung jury. Three days later Kate called and told me the case was dismissed. Even with a BAC of .152 and dash cam video, some f...riendly and some not so, Kate was able to convince several of the jurors that the Deputy who pulled me over had no probable cause to do so. From the alleged traffic violation, to the field sobriety test, to the warrant to draw my blood, to the blood sample itself, she had all the bases covered.
