I AM A FATHER of two little girls. Before walking into Don's office I had very little hope of winning m...y case because of the view Texas courts have on men. Don was honest with me from the beginning and said "This is going to be tough, but have faith !" That's exactly what I did. A year later I got custody of my girls! I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of the case. There's no way that my family and I could have made it through these past 5yrs without Don by our side. Before you analyze a lawyer; you need to analyze yourself. Your lawyer can not fix YOU. The outcome of your case depends on you, how you choose to live your live and how you want to live your life!

One thing that I really commend about Don, is that he will charge what he says. He did a pretty good job on my case, all things considered. Don't expect him to bend over backward to help you, but do expect to get reasonably good representation for the price. If you are a father in a family law case, ...you are pretty much screwed. You can either go bankrupt paying for a good lawyer and be slightly better off than a standard order, or pay a couple grand to someone like Don and get the standard order. He is not going to "win" your case, but he will keep it from being worse than it could be. I wasn't happy my end results, but he probably kept it from getting worse than it was. If he is the best you can afford, you are better off with him than someone else. At least he wont give you false hopes or lie to your face.
