WATCH OUT! Wow this guy REALLY screwed over my case. The damage he's caused is exponential and residual for years. I'm SO heart broken by his deception and how this is now playing out in on going legal battle for custody. He told me to settle so he could remove himself and did not tell me the rep...ercussions this would have or what 'settling' even fully meant. While in court he did not speak up to the fact that my ex was lying to the judge in having a friend removed from the court room, claiming she was my mother/key witness. I have been dealing with so much in this case and his advice has completely decimated my ability to fight as I need to and has caused me to be falsely incriminated. I have dealt with a few lawyers and know how challenging finding a good lawyer is. I certainly hope this helps others make a good decision for their families.

Don is an outstanding lawyer, my child's father was keeping our son away from me at the time he was only 16 months. Don was prompt in filing something with the court to get my son back. For many years now he's been my lawyer. He tells you how it is whats reasonable and whats not, he fights for your... case I've seen him represent men as well. If you're looking for an honest and lawyer with integrity Don is the right attorney for you.

This lawyer is a father's rights lawyer, which is great. Father's deserve the same rights as mothers. However, when I wanted to ask for child support, even the minimum, from my child's father he flat out refused. He treated my case as a nuisance and would say lots of insensitive things, even sexual a...dvances towards me. Also I paid him everything up front, no payment plans. BIG MISTAKE. He did not work hard for me at all, since he already got paid. He was very insensitive to my situation and when at a court hearing, he told me to shut up when I was speaking when spoken to. I was not in any trouble, he wasn't protecting me. Just being a douche. It was a mistake hiring him. Don't make the same mistake.

After a long case for custody of my son, which I thought would never happen since courts are so biased towards women, Don got me exactly what I wanted, my son. I now have primary custody and even after an appeal was filed to reverse the orders Don stood by me and fought to get it denied. After yester...day I can finally be at peace and not have to worry about his mother trying to take him away. Don truly was a blessing and more than honest than what anybody would expect.

One thing that I really commend about Don, is that he will charge what he says. He did a pretty good job on my case, all things considered. Don't expect him to bend over backward to help you, but do expect to get reasonably good representation for the price. If you are a father in a family law case, ...you are pretty much screwed. You can either go bankrupt paying for a good lawyer and be slightly better off than a standard order, or pay a couple grand to someone like Don and get the standard order. He is not going to "win" your case, but he will keep it from being worse than it could be. I wasn't happy my end results, but he probably kept it from getting worse than it was. If he is the best you can afford, you are better off with him than someone else. At least he wont give you false hopes or lie to your face.
