Mr. Cahilly was amazing he was very prompt with my case filed ever appeal and any other paper work immediately he did not sit around and wait on my child’s father. WATCH OUT! Wow this guy REALLY screwed over my case. The damage he's caused is exponential and residual for years. I'm SO heart broken by his deception and how this is now playing out in on going legal battle for custody. He told me to settle so he could remove himself and did not tell me the rep...ercussions this would have or what 'settling' even fully meant. While in court he did not speak up to the fact that my ex was lying to the judge in having a friend removed from the court room, claiming she was my mother/key witness. I have been dealing with so much in this case and his advice has completely decimated my ability to fight as I need to and has caused me to be falsely incriminated.
