I had recently been accused of a serious crime from my ex girlfriend, after the officer called me I immediately contacted an Attorney (referred from friend) went to his office and explained what actually happened in the night in question...after hearing me out he immediately said "Ok we will just sit... back wait to see when they add a warrant out for your arrest and we will see about a plea":....WHAT?????....he obviously didn't hear my story correctly, BUT he is the Attorney. So went to the bonds office that same day and singed pepper work needed. I literally called to Bonds office everyday for two days (morning afternoon and evening) waiting for a warrant....do you know how stressful that is??!! Of course and thank you. Our interview was set for that Friday. Went in and gave in great detail, what happened in the night in question, after about a hour or so we finished and said he would get back with her on Monday....today actually......Carmen called me about 9ish am this morning and said that they were NOT going to consider any charges...YES!!!!! thank you Jesus!!! Finally I can move on with my life and not look back....Just think reflecting back, just for a moment, I would have been charged with a Felony probably in jail waiting for bondsman to get me out so I can start to get ready for a trial at some point in the future to fight for my name and character......THANK GOD I called her....I am at home with all of that behind me and I am looking forward to a wonder future.....All I can say (beside everything I have already said lol) is if you do not call Carmen Roe for ANY reason when you need a Criminal attorney, then you truly do not take the situation you are in seriously.......Im glad I did!
