Big help in a bad situation
During a contentious divorce, I was facing felony charges. Mr. Bainum was able to get the charges dismissed, all while keeping me informed every step of the way. With his legal advice and guidance, I was able to escape a dangerous relationship and move forward with my life.
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked together on a federal hate crime case with Mr. Bainum. Although his client in my opinion was the most culpable of the 4 arrested, he alone was able to convince the government to drop the charges against his client. The remaining defendants went to trial. Mr. Bainum gave his client excellent representation."
"Wade Bainum is a "lawyer's lawyer," that is, a gentleman who is gracious to all, while showing that thorough legal research and exhaustive case investigation is how to win cases. In one case he gave me advice on how to get a better result than either the federal prosecutor or the federal sentencing officers recommended or expected. In a case together he got a federal investigation terminated without charges ever being filed. He works to win without calling public attention to his cases or putting names in the newspaper. His clients have a great lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. Wade works hard to get the best result for each and every client. Wade has experience with both sides of criminal litigation and that experience benefits his clients time and time again."
"I endorse this lawyer. We have handled a couple of cases together and he was always professional, hard working and knowledgeable."
"I endorse Attorney Bainum. He has a wealth of experience in Federal Criminal cases and trial work. He is diligent, genuinely cares about his clients and he is a beast in the court room. Anyone would be lucky to have Mr. Bainum represent them in Federal Court."
"Mr. Bainum is a highly talented and experienced criminal defense attorney. Mr. Bainum works hard for his clients and gets the job done. I have known Mr. Bainum for about 2 years now, and I am proud to know him as an attorney and a friend. Mr. Bainum has the integrity, credibility and the work ethic that makes him successful."
"Wade is a highly skilled, professional, and competent lawyer. He and I have worked on several matters together, and his acumen, along with his commitment to his clients, is among the many qualities that make him a fine attorney and a great asset to his clients."
"Wade is a highly qualified federal criminal defense lawyer; fearless in court and candid with his clients. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; valuable skills that complement his expertise as a former federal public defender, former state prosecutor, and one-time police officer in Kansas before coming to Texas."
"I have known and worked with Wade for over 20 years. You will not find a better criminal defense or immigration attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer. We have worked together on many cases and he is not afraid to work long hours and will tirelessly fight for his clients. He gets outstanding results."
