Biography
Erin Copeland has been defending the rights of the injured in Houston since 2000. She is proud to claim the place as the only female partner at Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs LLP. Erin has a variety of experience in personal injury cases, including car accidents, product liability, wrongful death, and transvaginal mesh. In fact, Erin served as one of the lead lawyers in Florida transvaginal mesh case that resulted in a $26.7 million recovery.
Ms. Copeland is licensed to practice in Texas, Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Firth Circuit, the Southern District of Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas. She is the only female to be appointed as State-Federal Liaison Counsel for the Pradaxa multidistrict litigation. She was also recently appointed to the Essure Executive Committee for California as a Judicial Council Coordinate Proceeding (JCCP). Erin is honored to now be admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court.
