I met David Cunningham over 15 years ago while working as a substance abuse counselor and chaplain with inmates who had violated the terms of their probation. I was able to observe firsthand his skill not only as an attorney, but as a "life coach" for the men and women he represented. When my mother and I first started researching for Criminal Lawyers in Houston we came across David Cunningham. After meeting with a couple of Lawyers including Mr. Cunningham, he seem to be the perfect fit to represent me. Though the other Lawyers may have had the qualifications to represent me, Mr.... Cunningham's knowledge, morals, and down to earth personality is what ultimately led me to choose him. I was charged with a 2 Degree Felony and David brought it down to a Class A Misdemeanor. The case would have probably have been dismissed but I had admitted to the offense. No matter how many clients he was working with that day, David would always fit me in his schedule.
