I met Mr.Cunningham in December 2014 when I picked up 3 felony charges. I was in a horrible place in my life and felt defeated. I had never been in serious trouble with the law so I was terrified of the battle I was about to enter for my freedom. However, David made me feel at ease and assured me th...at we would have a positive outcome yet he remained honest of what I could possibly receive. He always kept me in the loop and often provided lots of encouraging words. Cunningham never let me down being always on time and very professional. In the resolution of my case one of my charges were dropped and I received probation on the other two. I believe that this was only possible with David's help. Even after my case was over he remained in contact and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. David is an extraordinary attorney that will exceed your expectations. I have known David for several years now and he is the best. He is very honest and will be straight up with you and tells you what is in your best interest. He will not sell you a dream and then shoot you down. I find the bad review on here from the unknown to be questionable. David is a busy man but... has always responded to me or others that I've known to seek his legal services or even just for advice. I have referred several people to David and they all speak highly of him. He is very well respected in my household and it shows that he is well respected in the community as well.

I hired mr. Cunningham at the end of 2012. At first he was great and kept in touch. I was on a payment plan with him. But once I paid him in full in January 2013 he disappeared. He has not returned my phone calls and will not respond to emails. He basically ripped me off he took my money but did noth...ing for me or my case. I had to hire and pay for another lawyer. I have heard NOTHING from him in over a year since I paid him. I will report him to the bar
