I could never pay this man what he is worth not only did he help me but he was kind he was courteous and he was very respectful to me people say they never hear from the lawyers but I hear from my lawyer all the time there are no words that I can use to express how much I thank him if you ever need a... lawyer I would say David Cunningham

I met Mr.Cunningham in December 2014 when I picked up 3 felony charges. I was in a horrible place in my life and felt defeated. I had never been in serious trouble with the law so I was terrified of the battle I was about to enter for my freedom. However, David made me feel at ease and assured me th...at we would have a positive outcome yet he remained honest of what I could possibly receive. He always kept me in the loop and often provided lots of encouraging words. Cunningham never let me down being always on time and very professional. In the resolution of my case one of my charges were dropped and I received probation on the other two. I believe that this was only possible with David's help. Even after my case was over he remained in contact and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. David is an extraordinary attorney that will exceed your expectations. I have never met a lawyer quite like him and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney that will get the job done!

Extremely professional and a very hardworking person . He understood my situation as being an immigrant it was very important to take steps keeping future implications in mind , very knowledgeable and he did reward my faith in him . Even the Honorable Judge acknowledged the fact that he worked very h...ard on my case . I will always be grateful to mr Cunningham for the way he handled my case as he could have treated me ordinarily but he did take interest and kept his promise to get it dismissed .

I have known David for several years now and he is the best. He is very honest and will be straight up with you and tells you what is in your best interest. He will not sell you a dream and then shoot you down. I find the bad review on here from the unknown to be questionable. David is a busy man but... has always responded to me or others that I've known to seek his legal services or even just for advice. I have referred several people to David and they all speak highly of him. He is very well respected in my household and it shows that he is well respected in the community as well.

I hired mr. Cunningham at the end of 2012. At first he was great and kept in touch. I was on a payment plan with him. But once I paid him in full in January 2013 he disappeared. He has not returned my phone calls and will not respond to emails. He basically ripped me off he took my money but did noth...ing for me or my case. I had to hire and pay for another lawyer. I have heard NOTHING from him in over a year since I paid him. I will report him to the bar
