David P. Cunningham

David Cunningham is excellent. I was falsely accused of a felony theft/bait and switch, and he helped me clear my name. David is the TRUE definition of an attorney / counselor. I was mixed up in a self-defense case that didn't look good from the start. My first attorney I had was an ex ADA and told me that my case was in no way self-defense. So I told some family about what was happening and that I might be looking at... some real time....20 years. Immediately my aunt and uncle told me that I needed to drop that lawyer and call David Cunningham. I thank GOD for them and that they gave me his number. I called David up the same day and left a message. He called me back the next day and I explained to him what was going on and gave him as much detail as I could over the phone. David was ready to go to trial cause of how strong my case was and how much work we put into it. Ultimately David understood and was happy for the outcome as were we. David also did house visits and would even text me to make sure we were okay during this whole ordeal. I've never heard of a lawyer doing this. David is very professional when it comes to his job but he was also very caring on a personal level cause he knew exactly how it feels to be in a situation like mine. David has been doing this for a very LONG TIME. David is a friend to my family and loved by them as well. I will forever be in his debt.
