I met David Cunningham as a referral from a friend. From the start Mr. Cunningham was very professional and knowledgeable. I met him at his office during the initial consultation. He was polite and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing from the start. He asked what happened and told m...e what the process would entail from beginning to end. Explained the outlined steps we would take in order to get the best outcome possible. Throughout the entire process he was tentative and quick to answer all me curious questions. This also made me feel comforted in a time of dispair. Each time we had court dates, he arrived on time and had a major presence in the court house. It seemed that he knew everyone in there and it showed that this was his regular daily job. This are all great signs you want to see in the person handling your case. Extremely professional and a very hardworking person . He understood my situation as being an immigrant it was very important to take steps keeping future implications in mind , very knowledgeable and he did reward my faith in him . Even the Honorable Judge acknowledged the fact that he worked very h...ard on my case . I will always be grateful to mr Cunningham for the way he handled my case as he could have treated me ordinarily but he did take interest and kept his promise to get it dismissed .
