David Cunningham is excellent. I was falsely accused of a felony theft/bait and switch, and he helped me clear my name. He was very knowledgeable, gave clear advice on what the process of the court is, what to expect, and the best way to proceed. He put together a grand jury packet for me, with chara...cter references and polygraph results, clearly refuting the police report, and helped bring about a no bill with the grand jury, case dismissed.
