Rebecca Elizabeth Rowland

I hired Rebecca to represent me in the probate of my late father’s estate. I engaged her and paid the retainer invoice within two days of receipt. I experienced extreme difficulty reaching her through multiple modes of communication right from the outset and had to proactively initiate requests for u...pdates. After finally receiving a drafted probate application I had it executed, notarized and returned back to Rebecca electronically within 24 hours. The last communication I had from Rebecca was that she would e-file the application that day (June 14). She never actually filed the application with the court and I haven’t heard from her since. I have reached out via phone, online client portal, and certified mail yet still have not received any response weeks later. I officially terminated the client attorney relationship in accordance with the legal services agreement on July 2 but still have not received any communication. In addition she still has possession of my father’s original will to this day (July 13). I cannot caution any prospective clients more as you consider Rebecca as an attorney. My family and I are already experiencing stressful times and I had hoped that hiring Rebecca would help alleviate that stress. Unfortunately, the opposite has happened.

Rebecca deserves ten stars! She is patient, brilliant, down to earth, stays on top of things, and isn't intimidated by ANYONE! I absolutely LOVE her and will definitely recommend her to my friends and family. She will work with you and fights for what is right! When I called Rebecca I was in a difficult position in a divorce case due to my previous attorney's laziness. My ex wife's mom and dad have money and they paid for my ex-wife's very expensive attorney. Rebecca took my call on the weekend and represented me very well for much less than many attorney's... would have have charged with her level of experience.
