Excellent Court-Appointed Attorney

Mr. Morian was my court-appointed attorney, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He communicated clearly, treated me with respect, and always followed through. Even though he didn’t have to, he took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with every decision. Excellent attorney.

Highly Recommend Billy Morian

I was fortunate to have Billy appointed to represent me. From the start, he was honest, understanding, and easy to talk to. He handled everything efficiently and showed real concern for my situation. You can tell he takes his cases seriously. Highly recommend.

Fought for me

Reduced from felony theft of a firearm to misdemeanor theft with time served. I was offered a felony time-served plea, but Billy refused to take it and pushed until the state reduced it to a misdemeanor. Because of him, I get to go home to my family today—he fought for me even when I’d stopped fighti...ng for myself and kept me from walking away with a felony.

Knowledgeable and Respectful

Billy was court appointed for my case, and I am very grateful for his representation. He is knowledgeable, communicates well, and takes the time to actually listen. He treated me with respect from start to finish and made the process much easier to get through.

Turned My Case Into Deferred Probation With a Chance to End Early

I was charged with evading in a vehicle and Mr. Morian was appointed to my case. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process a lot less stressful. He was able to get me a 6-month deferred probation, and if I complete everything early, it can end in 3 months. I didn’t lose my license or... have anything worse happen, and I’m really grateful for how he handled my case.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I am writing to offer my wholehearted endorsement of Attorney William "Billy" Morian. As a former Assistant District Attorney and Felony Prosecutor for Harris County, I had the distinct pleasure of working alongside Billy from the beginning of his career in misdemeanor court through to his work in felony cases. Billy consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication, skill, and professionalism. We handled a wide variety of cases together, and I was continually impressed by his abilities. He was truly an invaluable ally in the courtroom. Billy has a kind yet determined spirit, which sets him apart in the legal profession. His approachable and personable nature makes him easy to work with and fosters positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and even opposing counsel. Despite his kind demeanor, Billy is resolute and tenacious in his pursuit of justice, never backing down from a challenge and always advocating fiercely for his clients."
