He Gets It Done

I understand being an attorney equals very busy so it was times communication was off but let me tell you this man Mr. Morian really showed up and showed out in court for my son all I can say is job well done. My son was on a felony charge and we Mr. Morian was done the charge was dropped and my son ...has to complete probation successfully and the case will be dismissed. Mr, Morian left no stones uncovered my son was blessed to have him

Highly Recommended

Our family was dealing with a very serious criminal matter, and the stress was overwhelming. Billy handled the case with confidence and professionalism from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, kept us informed, and worked hard to protect my son’s future. Because of his efforts, the outc...ome was far better than we could have hoped for. I highly recommend Billy to anyone who needs a strong defense attorney. My son had a misdemeanor charge in Harris County that Billy got dismissed and a first degree felony charge in Chambers County that he got my son a 6 month deferred on. He was facing up to 99 years on the Chambers county charge.

Thanks

Even with my extensive criminal history, and being charged with another felony theft, Billy was able to quickly negotiate a time served on my second court date so that I am able to go home for the holidays. Billy was very understanding and communicative.

Wrongfully accused dismissal

I was wrongfully charged with theft for something I didnt do. From the beginning, Billy believed in me and made it clear he wouldn't let me he labeled for something false. He pushed back hard against the state, fought for me every step of the way, and had my case dismissed at the second setting.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I am writing to offer my wholehearted endorsement of Attorney William "Billy" Morian. As a former Assistant District Attorney and Felony Prosecutor for Harris County, I had the distinct pleasure of working alongside Billy from the beginning of his career in misdemeanor court through to his work in felony cases. Billy consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication, skill, and professionalism. We handled a wide variety of cases together, and I was continually impressed by his abilities. He was truly an invaluable ally in the courtroom. Billy has a kind yet determined spirit, which sets him apart in the legal profession. His approachable and personable nature makes him easy to work with and fosters positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and even opposing counsel. Despite his kind demeanor, Billy is resolute and tenacious in his pursuit of justice, never backing down from a challenge and always advocating fiercely for his clients."
