Reduced

I was charged with felony dwi endangering a child and Billy was able to get it reduced to a misdemeanor and time served despite my blood alcohol content and bond violations.

Gets the job done

He was my felony lawyer for violation of bond and protective order. He got my case dismissed off docket 3days before my court date

I highly recommend him.Billy Wins

I worked with Billy Morian for nearly two years and am extremely grateful for his dedication. I was facing an Assault on a Peace Officer charge with the State seeking 5 years in TDC. As a single mother with no prior criminal history, this was overwhelming. While on bond, I picked up a felony PCS cas...e, but Billy still made it happen . On the day we were set to pick a jury, he got the assault charge dismissed and reduced the felony PCS to a misdemeanor deferred probation. The judge will early terminate my probation in one year, leaving me with a clean record. I highly recommend him.Billy Wins

BILLY WINS

My experience with Billy was by far amazing. I was charged with Hindering Apprehension, a felony in this state, my case was dismissed in under a year. Billy explained everything very well to me, he was supportive and kept me updated during the waiting period. I’m definitely satisfied and super happy ...with my outcome, I’m excited to travel now. BILLY WINSSS!

In Billy We Trust

I was facing very serious charges and felt like my future was on the line. I had an AFM in Harris Co that Billy got dismissed and subsequently a 1st degree felony I was facing up to 99 years on. Billy never gave up on my case and made sure I understood every step along the way. Because of his work, I... was given the opportunity to move forward and put this behind me. I’m extremely grateful for his guidance, support, and commitment to my case. Billy Wins.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I am writing to offer my wholehearted endorsement of Attorney William "Billy" Morian. As a former Assistant District Attorney and Felony Prosecutor for Harris County, I had the distinct pleasure of working alongside Billy from the beginning of his career in misdemeanor court through to his work in felony cases. Billy consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication, skill, and professionalism. We handled a wide variety of cases together, and I was continually impressed by his abilities. He was truly an invaluable ally in the courtroom. Billy has a kind yet determined spirit, which sets him apart in the legal profession. His approachable and personable nature makes him easy to work with and fosters positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and even opposing counsel. Despite his kind demeanor, Billy is resolute and tenacious in his pursuit of justice, never backing down from a challenge and always advocating fiercely for his clients."
