I want to say that, the day i met attorney Moncriffe, i was over whelmed by the way he treated me. My husband was arested and sent to jail Aug.28th 2012, he had a very high bond and a serious charge. When his court appointed lawyer told me that it would most likely take eight and a half months befo...re a pretrail we panicked. I didnt know what to do, so i called my daughter and was telling her what the lawyer said and she was very upset,she went on the internet to super lawyers and that's where she found attorney Moncriffe. She read to me his credenials and how superb he is, and i was very impressed but sad because i told her that their is no way he'll take us on. She said mom just call and see what he 'll say even if he won't do it maybe he can reccommend another attorney. It took me about 20 minutes before i could get up the nerve to call, then i thought it would be his secretary that i would talk to. W hen i dialed the number and he answered i almost hung up. I told him the situation then i helded my breath and i could'nt believe my ears when he said Maam! i'll do it., i think my heart skipped some beats. When i finnally got to meet him in person at court , he was so pleasant, kind, understanding and reasuring. He is PRICELESS. About ten months ago, I was arrested by the HPD on a felony charge for brutally assaulting my ex-wife. While I was in jail, my family called several lawyers but nobody wanted to take my case because one it was two felonies, and second the charges were not coming from Harris county; they were coming ...from a whole different county in Texas, Hidalgo County, about 6 to 7 hours away from Houston, and third it was a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Since the charges were coming from a different county, the Harris county jail couldnt do anything with me but wait until Hidalgo county would come to pick me up. I was in jail for nine days hoping Hidalgo county would arrive to take me to back were the charges were originally from, but I had lost my hope since it was about to be Thanksgiving, it was more than common sence they would come until after the break. By this point my family and I were hopeless; nobody wanted to help me out, until my family went to Mr. Moncriffe. With just ONE phone call that he made, ONE day before Thanksgiving, he got Hidalgo county to drive 6 hours down to Harris county just to pick me up, not only that on Thanksgiving I was bonded out, all thanks to Mr. Moncriffe for IMMEDIATELY working on case as soon as my family went to him. I knew this case had to go to trial to fight and prove my innocence. Although it was in a different county, Mr. Moncriffe traveled to fight this case for me. During trial, my ex-wife had enough evidence to convict me, and I had no evicence to prove my innocence, all I had was my testimony. He represented me very well in the court, he was was very clear and to point, and help me prove my innocence. He fought and WON this war for me, I dont know how I will ever repay him back for EVERYTHING he did for me and my family, words cant even describe how much I appreciate this man. All I can say is that this man was a true blessing to my life, God knows why he puts certain persons in other peoples path, all I can say is that I am very thankful and blessed for having this man in my life. P.S. I strongly recommend this man sent from heaven for any trial cases, this is the type of lawyer you do not want to go against with in the court room.

I would like to say that Mr.Moncriffe was very responsive and compassionate about the service he provided for me in my dismissal he has proven to me that proper and professional representations help.He was always very forward and responsive in obtaining the right justice for me.Iam very appreciativet... of him and would reccomend that type of service to anyone. Tyrone Moncriffe is someone you can depend on. I was charged with a felony several months ago. I knew that it was imperative that I located an attorney who could represent me fairly while honestly caring about the upcoming decisions that would affect my life for the next several years. I knew I wa...s innocent, but the problem would come in convincing the State of Texas that I wasn’t guilty. I must say that I had called several lawyers but didn’t get the response I needed or felt comfortable with. Although, I needed to secure someone to represent me immediately I knew that the decision I made could be positive or work adversely against me.
