After going to jail for 2 felony I thought my freedom was going to get taken from me. While I was in jail MY lawyer Tyrone Moncriffe stepped in very professional and caring to handle his job. THE BEST - Professional, Courteous and Effective

I contacted Mr. Moncriffe regarding getting a criminal mischief case dismissed for my daughter. I was very concerned about the outcome of the case. The case was from several years ago and she was not even aware that she had a case against her. This was very stressful for our family. From the begi...nning Mr. Moncriffe advised me that everything would be ok and kept me informed of the process and my responsibilities that would aid in the dismissal of the case. Throughout the process Mr. Moncriffe was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and ultimately victorious. The case was dismissed and I know that would not have happened if I had not chose Mr. Moncriffe as my lawyer. I am very thankful for the Super Lawyer who makes the difficult easy. Consummate professional even better person.

I found myself in a situation where the state filed charges due to an error in judgement and a deep lack of knowledge, on my part but also on their part. Mr Moncriffe took my case and never having been in this situation ever, multiplied by the pandemic effects, it became a mental nightmare for me an...d my family. While prosecutors were getting their details together he assessed the evidence I presented and with what little evidence that came in from the prosecutor he was able to develope a strategy and a line of defense from the start. It took time, he knew what was in front of him and with a reassuring hand guide me and my family through the process. Over a year of waiting and when it was time his experience, diligence, clear vision, attention to details and timely instructions helped gain a positive outcome for me and my family. Let me be clear I was the one in the situation but a negative outcome spelled a high likelihood of pain for my family. This gives me a 2nd real chance of salvaging the relationships that became fragile due to the prolong, protracted period we had to wait to final make my case before a judge. This involved navigating mental health issues for my child, the main cause of this situation, and by extension the rest of the family myself included. My experience made me doubt myself as a person, a father and as a husband. I felt like a criminal for actions borne out of ignorance and frustration due to mental health issues from a member of my family. His counseling at the later stage if the ordeal reassured me and pointed me to avenues that can repair these relationships. Thanks Mr. Moncriffe. You are a class above most a man among men and a consummate professional at you craft. Keep fighting for right and stay blessed. Oh let me not forget Ms. POLLY ( I hope I got he name right) never really met here due to the Covud restrictions but a great personality on the other end of my calls and texts. MARLONT...
