Awesome Character and Integrity

In March of 2015, I searching this website for an attorney to represent my son. After scrolling through and reading the reviews of Attorney Moncriffe. I knew that he was the man to handle our case. In the process of working with Attorney Moncriffe, I felt like this attorney was not handling the case ...the way I thought he should. But I certainly was wrong in my assumptions. As the trial date drew near Attorney Moncriffe meet with my family on several occasions to prepare us for what to expect during the course of the trial. He was exceptionally knowledgable and professional in the handling of my sons case. On the day of the trial he was so suave in the way he crossed examined my son, and the way he debacled the prosecutions case. Attorney Moncriffe showed true compassion and care for my son's future. An the end result was a not guilty verdict. I am so pleased that we choose him as our attorney. He left such an impact on the lives of my family, one we will forever cherish. Again thanks Attorney Moncriffe.

Highest Quality of Representation

I want to take this time to thank Attorney Tyrone Moncriffe for providing us with the highest level of professional council available for my family and I at a very difficult time. In the journey of 30 months He treated me and my family with honor and the best legal advice available that was understa...ndable. He was very familiar with the legal system and that brought ease and comfort even though I was unsure of the outcome. I want to thank him for continuous and detailed communication i.e returned phone calls and explanation of the process. He was always on time for our appearances and always got the job done. In the end he was able to obtain and get the best deal possible in a horrible and serious situation.

An answer to our prayers

Over the past 6 months, I have been working with Mr. Moncriffe. After reading reviews on this website my family and I prayed and were led to him. We interviewed several attorney's but they did not fit us, even one attorney we told during our appointment that we had an appointment that next day with ...a Mr. Tyrone Moncriffe. This attorney stated that we would be in good hands. So not only is Mr. Moncriffe credible, he is highly respected by his colleagues. I was being charged with a misdemeanor theft. This charge would not only ruin my career but my livelihood. Mr. Moncriffe for 6 months worked on this case and I know that with our prayers and the expertise of Mr. Moncriffe, this is why the case was never tried in court and the case was dismissed. I am normally skeptical in reviews, but after working with Mr. Moncriffe and receiving such great news for our family, I am so thankful that Mr. Moncriffe represented me.

He saved me definitely...Great attorney :)

I hired Mr. Moncriffe last year. I was never so scared in my life, I thought my life was over. From the moment I first met him I knew and you will to, he's not just any run the mill lawyer. You should see the amount of respect and presence he has in the courtroom. Everyone knows and you can tell resp...ects him. He knows his stuff and was very comforting and reassuring to me. You will not regret hiring Mr. Moncriffe as your attorney! I definitely do not regret it having him as my lawyer and I promise you will not either! Two thumbs up in my book!!! I would refer any one legal issues to him.

Attorney Moncriffe is Simply Outstanding

I must say that I am thoroughly impressed by the work that Attorney Moncriffe did on behalf of a good friend of mine that was falsely accused of Aggravated Robbery with a deadly weapon. These are not light charges, and unfortunately not everyone assumes innocent until proven guilty when such charges ...are placed on someone. This was a circumstantial case where the outcome could have been horrific if this case was handled by an attorney who was not as skillful, detail oriented, insightful, and artful with his practice of law. Additionally, Attorney Moncriffe obviously has excellent relationships, as well as being revered and respected by his peers, and others within his field that look up to him.. He was recommended to us by another excellent attorney who described him as being "the best of the best" and Attorney Moncriffe did not disappoint. In a case where an innocent person did not appear so innocent due to sheer misfortune, thanks to Attorney Moncriffe, this man will be able to continue to live a productive life as a free citizen, where the alternative could have been an unfair prison sentence for a good portion of the remainder of his life.. Quite honestly, the odds appeared to be stacked against him going into the trial. Attorney Moncriffe is a very gifted attorney. We are fortunate to have worked with him.
