After the conditions of the probation were fulfilled, I was granted an Early Termination Order of the Court Dismissing the Cause, however, in 2017, it was brought to my intention that this c...ase was populating in the NCIC database, overseen by the FBI, indicating, I had a felony conviction from Texas in 1980, these data were incorrect.
