The morning I was bonded out of jail after being charged with a Class B misdemeanor for shoplifting, I started looking for an attorney to represent me. I have never been arrested or been in any kind of legal trouble before, so needless to say I was terrified about what I was going through. A friend o...f mine recommended Cavita Sharma, so I decided to give her a call and set up an appointment. The first thing I noticed about Cavita Sharma and Michael Slider was that they were very upfront and honest with me. They explained to me what exactly I was charged with and ran through all the possible scenarios and outcomes regarding what I was facing (up to 180 days and $2,000 fine). They answered all the questions I had and were very patient with me in terms of setting some sort of a flexible payment plan. Ms. Sharma has shown up to every court date I have had and thanks to her hard work, I am under the pretrial diversion program which means after a year of probation, my case will be dismissed. After two years, I can file for my case to be expunged and it will be erased off my record entirely. I really do recommend both Cavita Sharma and Michael Slider to anyone. Both are very knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy lawyers. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do then I know exactly who to go to contact.

I am shocked at he resposes on Mr. Slider. First every lawyer is worried about their money. They don't work for free.. The lawyers thats hold your hand are the ones charging 10k and up! We used Mr. Slider in a case in 2007 for a child assault case with my nephew and his under age girlfriend/childs mo...ther. He was 18 and she was 15 at the time... Mr. Slider kept us informed and when we went to court I say he could have been a little bit more aggressive but the fastest does not always win the race... My nephew was facing 5 years in prison and Mr. Slider got his case down to probation. Mr. Slider is affordable and any lawyer is going to ask for money up front. I have not met one yet that doesnt or continue to ask during the case. He was not late for the court date and I think he did a ok job with my nephew. I would take probation over prison ANY DAY!!!!
