When a person has been ordered by a judge to stay away from a particular person or place due to the nature of the case, there are proper ways to have the presiding judge reverse course. Once we are retained and sign on to a case we can speak to the judge on your behalf. If you are still working with a court appointed attorney, then we were not on your case at that time.
