During "consultation" he blew up and threw a fit like a child, was clearly under the influence and acting erratically, Big warning to anyone considering using him he is a liar and a thief and at the end of said co...nsultation tried to bill me an outrageous amount for the time. He is without a car which now makes complete sense due to his habits and behavior. abrasive Shady and extremely unprofessional more of a criminal then lawyer type. Heed this warning he is manipulative and sick and it shows in his behavior and lack of professionalism.

I hired Mr. Driver to aid in a mediation between a Court Appointed Amiucs, A Court Appointed Mediator and The Planitffs attorney. LOTS OF COURT APPOINTS Mind you these three are heavy hitters in soooooo many ways. Odd to find them all in one mediation? Not in Harris County :( Either way he held... his ground and refused to take the easy road. He did as I asked and belived after getting to know me I was on the right side of this case. Thank you Sir

Working with Mike has been a very difficult process. Communications has been very lacking on all fronts. Our 1st case is over a year old now, still cannot get the county to file a court date. Asked Mike to visit with the DA to find out what the problem is. The DA and Mike don’t get a long so we will... be going to court in 5 to 10 years because no one is making an effort; sounds like a letter to the state. Our 2nd case he requested a reset because he had another case, but the paralegal forgot to file the paperwork and no one followed it up. I amazed that we pay people to do a job or service and it could be held up for yrs.
