During "consultation" he blew up and threw a fit like a child, was clearly under the influence and acting erratically, Big warning to anyone considering using him he is a liar and a thief and at the end of said co...nsultation tried to bill me an outrageous amount for the time. He is without a car which now makes complete sense due to his habits and behavior. abrasive Shady and extremely unprofessional more of a criminal then lawyer type. Heed this warning he is manipulative and sick and it shows in his behavior and lack of professionalism.

I'm going to take a moment to reflect on the experience I had with hiring Mike Driver as my fathers appellate attorney. My father is not in the greatest of health and is detrimental to his health that he stays out of Harris county's jail system and goes through the proper channels to get the medi...cal treatment needed (specialists etc.) Michael took the time to set up multiple in person meetings to discussed the process and strategy moving forward. It's so important that you hire an attorney who thinks strategically so you can be positioned for the outcome you're needing. Even when the cards are not in your favor. Mr. Driver was able to do that for us. After many phone calls and days going by today was the big day and Michael was as confident as the day I called him.
